My works are very different depending on my inspiration. I work
a lot with colours and intuition. When I start a painting, my starting
point is more often a colour combination than a motif. The motif comes
later and comes out of playing with the colours. I experiment in my
work by trying to break trough my own patterns. Sometimes I just follow
the work and see where it takes me without trying to control it. It
can be a very frustrating process, but it has resulted in some of
my best work and a more original style. My hope in to invoke feeling
or thought...
