What is artExperiments.com?
artExperiments.com is an artist run arts website dedicated to promoting
emerging artists.
Further your artistic career by exposing your artwork to "brick and mortar"
galleries, curators, dealers, art lovers, etc. using our services. Being an
artist is difficult. We exhibit your work to a huge number of galleries,
dealers, etc. through our online as well as physical exhibitions so you don't
have to wait and hope; not knowing what you're hoping for.
How does artExperiments.com work?
artExperiments.com hosts an online curated exhibition. We send invitations to a
huge number of galleries all over the world. We send to thousands in a format
that insures quality, so that they are inclined pay attention.

The Internet has historically not been very good to artists. There is no
mechanism to control the quality of the work presented. Viewers have been
drowning in dreck, and losing interest. A curated exhibition alleviates this
problem.

Our curated exhibitions are different. The exhibition is not restricted to the
number of artists. We maintain a high standard of quality, which attracts
galleries looking for artwork to sell. Each exhibition that is conducted with
our associate gallery is visited by Buyers, collectors of art, Corporate
personalities, Artists, Art Students and Art teacher, Art Foundations,
Architects and Interior designers, Photographers, NGOs, Musicians, Film makers,
Writers, Ad persons, Actors, Theatre personalities, Press, Art Critics, Art
Historians and Art lovers.

What is the selection process?
Panel of fonder artists will determine the standards and select the finalists
for the exhibition. All decisions are final.

Applicants are asked to present evidence that will best exemplify the extent
and quality of their accomplishment. The jury will be looking for the
development of original ideas in the work submitted - imagination, competence,
and the skillful use of materials. Work that suggests visual plagiarism, i.e. a
direct copy of another artist’s work, will not be accepted.
How do I know which work will be accepted?
It's not easy to predict. As the criteria is always changing with each and
every show.
Two factors are always critical:
-
Quality of Representation. The images provided must clearly and accurately
depict the artwork.
-
Consistencies and Development. Submit examples that communicate the development
of a focused, mature body of artwork. This can vary from artist to artist, but
any artist mature enough to consider a professional career will have no
problem.
I was accepted, can I apply for future exhibits?
Yes. We will not exhibit the same pieces twice, send new work. The mailing list
is always growing, later shows get additional exposure.
